Contract law

A properly and clearly written contract can prevent several problems, uncertainties and disputes (drafting, assessment, negotiation, litigation).

It is of obvious importance to contracting parties that what is set out on paper also unambiguously reflects what was agreed between them.

Unfortunately, this often goes wrong. We can draw up watertight contracts for you, or assess the contracts proposed to you or carry out negotiations concerning them. Naturally we also conduct litigation with respect to contracts and the clarification of specific contractual provisions.
